The StoryBridge Network

Transforming Lives Through Storytelling and Community Engagement

WHO WE ARE

The StoryBridge Network is a community-driven nonprofit that uses storytelling and expressive arts to support mental health, build belonging, and amplify underrepresented voices. We create safe, inclusive spaces where newcomers, seniors, youth, and individuals experiencing displacement or homelessness can explore their creativity, share their lived experiences, and connect with others.

We believe that storytelling is more than a tool—it’s a pathway to healing, identity, and transformation. Through in-person workshops, digital storytelling projects, and public events, we bring people together across cultures and generations to listen, reflect, and grow.

WHAT WE DO

Our Programs

At StoryBridge, we blend expressive arts, lived experience storytelling, and trauma-informed practices to foster personal growth and social change. Our free programs help participants build confidence, process life transitions, and reduce isolation—while creating bridges between people and communities.

WHY STORIES MATTER

Too often, people facing adversity—whether due to migration, age, mental health, or housing insecurity—are left out of the narrative. Their stories go unheard. Their strengths go unseen.

At StoryBridge, we believe:

Through stories, we heal. Through stories, we connect. Through stories, we transform individuals and communities.

Storytelling nurtures empathy, reduces stigma, and helps us recognize the humanity in one another. Our participants don’t just share stories—they reclaim them. And in doing so, they reclaim space, voice, and purpose.

Whether you’re here to participate, volunteer, donate, or partner—you are part of this story.

Together, we’re building a more inclusive, compassionate, and connected world.
