Learn, Create, and Connect Through Storytelling

StoryBridge workshops give participants the tools to share their stories, build community, and foster inclusion. Whether you are a newcomer, youth, senior, or community leader, our workshops offer safe and engaging spaces for growth.

Workshop Overview

StoryBridge workshops are designed for individuals and groups who want to strengthen connection and belonging through storytelling and community building practices. Each workshop blends creativity with trauma-sensitive facilitation, helping participants find confidence in their voices and build meaningful community ties.

We offer workshops for:
  • Community members — newcomers, seniors, youth, and people experiencing displacement who want to share their stories and build resilience.

  • Staff and volunteers of nonprofits, schools, and community organizations — tailored sessions that provide practical tools for engaging with diverse communities through storytelling, expressive arts, and inclusive communication.

What to Expect in a StoryBridge Workshop:
  • Creative activities that inspire expression and confidence

  • Guided storytelling techniques to share lived experiences

  • Opportunities to improve English speaking and communication skills through practice in a supportive setting

  • Tools for resilience, empathy, and intercultural understanding

  • A welcoming, inclusive learning environment

StoryBridge also offers specialized facilitator training for individuals and organizations who want to integrate storytelling and expressive arts into their own community engagement practices.
