StoryBridge Board of Directors
StoryBridge is governed by an 8-member Board of Directors who provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organization.
Board members bring diverse experience in education, health, arts, policy development, social work, community development, and social justice advocacy. Together, they help guide the organization’s mission and ensure that StoryBridge programs remain grounded in community needs and values.

Executive Leadership
Dr. Patlee Creary
Executive Director & Senior Consultant
Dr. Patlee Creary is the co-founder and Executive Director of The StoryBridge Network, where she leads the development of storytelling programs, community dialogue initiatives, and facilitator training that amplify lived experience and strengthen belonging.
A social entrepreneur and educator, Patlee holds a doctorate in Peace and Conflict Studies and is a certified higher education teacher. Her facilitation approach integrates storytelling practice, community development frameworks, adult learning theory, and trauma-aware engagement methods.
Patlee has worked extensively with newcomers, youth, educators, and nonprofit organizations to create inclusive spaces where people can explore identity, share their stories, and build meaningful connections across cultures and generations.
Through StoryBridge, she is committed to helping communities transform lived experience into dialogue, understanding, and social change.
